If you want to be involved in a cool event and you’re not scared to make a little money, this is the perfect venue for your food truck. The event begins Friday evening as teams set up for Saturday’s main event, listen to music, watch a fireworks display, and eat food at your food truck. The event resumes Saturday morning and runs through late Saturday afternoon as teams compete on the water and eat at your food truck. At this year’s event, we estimate that there will be nearly 1,200 people just on teams. Add to that number team supporters and folks from the community who are out to enjoy the festival and we expect around 4,000 people in attendance at this year’s event.
