River Cities Dragon Boat Festival
In 2020, the value of a volunteer hour was estimated at $28.54. When you calculate the average number of hours our 75+ volunteers gave to this event, it equals almost $23,000! This event would not have been possible or a success without the support of our AWESOME group of volunteers! Thanks so much to our event committee members Mark Bryant, Phyllis Byers Conrad, Mike Conrad, Matt Gill, Rosi Hemphill, John Garrison, Lindsey Paxton, Allison Stephens, Christy Cingolani White, and William White for sharing your time through countless committee meetings and problem solving sessions!Many, many thanks to our individual and group volunteers Carlos Yang and friends from Catholic High School for Boys, Sarah McMorran, Clyde Spence, Anthony K. Valley, Kennedy Valley, Epsilon Alpha Lambda-Alphas, Junior League of Little Rock, Junior League of North Little Rock, and The Other Side, A Local Mission!
